Bavarian Nordic A/S
Project Lead with experience from Medical Production
Are you a proactive, self-driven, and hands-on person with great stakeholder management skills? Do you have experience as a specialist within a GMP facility? Are you motivated by running different types of projects in close collaboration with specialists aiming to optimize production processes?
Then, you might be our new Project Lead for the Drug product manufacturing site in Kvistgaard.
Are you our next pioneer?
You will join the NPI and Projects team currently consisting of 5 other Leads and Coordinators.
The projects will be related to different areas and processes in the Drug Product Filling facility e.g. introduction or development of various types of equipment, minor construction tasks, general optimization projects and introduction of new products.
The large-scale production processes in our Fill & Finish facility consist of formulation, wash & sterilization, filling line, freeze dryer, inspection, label and packaging line and other surrounding processes.
Knowledge of a production facility and various engineering specialties is an advantage. As a Project Lead, you will participate in the successful planning and completion of projects. You will work closely together with Project Coordinators and Leads in the team, and you will report to the Manager of NPI in Drug Product Technical Support.
You will coordinate and follow up on several tracks that link to various projects. Some projects may also be linked or dependent on other projects; you understand this complexity, can keep the overview, and align with other projects when necessary.
This requires good collaboration both with close colleagues and other stakeholders.
Your impact
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Create timelines for selected projects and follow-up on progress
- Identify and manage key stakeholders and help specialists with contacting stakeholders if needed
- Coordinate with Commercial Production, when relevant
- Plan and participate in the execution of new products being introduced to the facility
- Create documentation related to the projects such as Change Control, SOPs, Protocols and Deviations
About you
Your personal skills are as important as your technical/academic ones to succeed in this role. You work systematically and are detail-oriented to secure quality. You are proactive and by default, look for answers to find the best solution. You are keen on gaining new knowledge and have a positive, optimistic mindset used to exploring new territory. You have a solution-oriented approach and often find yourself facilitating progress when specialists have scenarios to suggest. You support and cherish cooperation among colleagues and have a “we are one team” mentality.
Succeeding with our vision of becoming one of the largest pure-play vaccine companies in the world is no walk in the park, and that is why we need people like you who are determined to make it happen and have the following qualifications:
