Are you a mid-level to senior Data Architect—or a Data Architecture-savvy Senior Data Engineer looking for a fresh perspective? We’re seeking a talented professional to join our Data Platforms & Analytics team within Solteq’s Data Solutions community.

Our solutions act as information hubs that enable customers to make data-driven decisions, optimize their business performance across digital and physical channels, and maximize customer value.
While we adapt to our customers' preferred technologies, our primary development landscape frequently involves the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Snowflake for data platform solutions.
We’re currently seeking a skilled Data Architect to strengthen our team.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data solution implementation (e.g., data platforms, data warehouses, BI/analytics development, or data migrations/integrations).
- Proven expertise in designing data pipelines and architecting enterprise-level data platforms in public cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of common data use cases and the ability to articulate the business value of data across different contexts.
- Expertise in dimensional data modeling and the ability to implement these models for business use cases.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Vault 2.0 modeling. (We also utilize an in-house DWA tool to simplify design and development in this context.)
- The capability to take on a leadership role within project teams, ensuring customer requirements are understood, implemented, and communicated effectively.
Bonus Skills
While not required, experience with the following technologies and concepts is highly valued:
- Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform architectures (e.g., data lakehouse, medallion architecture concepts).
- Azure Databricks.
- Snowflake Data Cloud.
- General-purpose programming languages like Python or C#.
- Traditional analytics and reporting solutions.
- AI technologies (e.g., generative AI) and advanced analytics.
Preferred Location
We are seeking candidates based in Finland, as most of your future colleagues and customers are located here.
