We are looking for a Localization Manager to fulfill a maternity coverage contract starting as soon as possible and running until 28.02.2026.
You will be responsible for connecting Trackunit's brand and solutions to the construction industry around the world. You will coordinate our localization efforts and consult on localization best practices and manage incoming localization requests from the entire company.
Ranging from product consulting, to customer success to sales enablement to marketing localization requests, you will work with all departments and regional teams worldwide to finish projects on time and within budget.
As a localization manager, you focus on language, messaging, and tone of voice and aim for high quality in how to localize, messaging, and content at scale. You leverage your operational mindset to mobilize colleagues and partners to enhance Trackunit’s presence in the local markets.
Your work will involve creating, managing, coordinating, and completing localization projects. You will communicate important milestones and progress as well as risks related to projects. You will be an integrated part of the marketing team, coordinating translation activities across the organization.

Who are you ideally?
- 2+ years professional experience as a Localization Manager or Localization Coordinator
- Experience with localization management platforms
- Verbal and written fluency in English and ideally one other language
- Great attention to detail
- Time management skills with the ability to organize multiple projectsmultiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience with project management reflecting our expectations of tracking timelines, setting deadlines, providing regular updates, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinate: Liaise with product teams, engineering, and customer facing teams to ensure that product content works globally and local content is correct; guide them to implement localization best practices to minimize downstream issues and decrease cost and time-to-market for localized versions; and provide support for international product releases.
- Processes: Manage and optimize localization tools and workflows to enable truly localized products and content in all languages to support market needs.
- Planning: Follow translation projects from request to delivery: collect needs/requests, assign workload, monitor translations, ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Reporting: Maintain a reporting of translation projects and communicate regularly internally to ensure transparency of workload and planning
- Quality assurance: Manage, and coordinate projects with internal proofreaders to ensure the maintenance of a desired level of quality in our localization deliverables.
- Content: Develop scalable content development flows, leveraging technology and internal resources to minimize repetitive content and decrease time-to-market.
- Reporting: Communicate status, KPIs, key issues, and launch plans for initiatives to key stakeholders across the business
- Brand: Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, correct use of terminology and tone of voice throughout products, marketing assets, Help Center content, etc.
