The Role You’ll Play
As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our business by optimizing our commercial engine via improved pricing, market segmentation, and management reporting. You will also be leading key commercial initiatives, such as managing performance review meetings, conducting ad hoc analyses, and leading strategic commercial projects. Your insights and initiatives will enable our organization to make data-driven decisions, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. You’ll act as a critical link between sales, marketing, and finance, driving improvements in revenue generation, customer targeting, and commercial efficiency.

You will join our dynamic Commercial Excellence team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments, including Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Business Finance. Desired Experience and Competencies
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Strong ability to align commercial initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 and Hubspot).
- Exceptional ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies and models, market segmentation, and financial metrics.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges with innovative solutions.
This Will Make You Stand Out:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial excellence, analytics, or a performance-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading performance reviews, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing and segmentation strategies.
- A proactive, problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
