We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a superstar that understands complex technical products, can turn roadmaps and features into customer-facing materials, and will orchestrate go-to-market launches. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between product and go-to-market to ensure our product strategy is translated into compelling messaging, materials, and campaigns that drive adoption and sales.

Monta’s powerful SaaS platform connects the dots in the entire EV charging ecosystem. As a B2B2C company with an engineering-driven culture, and engineers comprising one-third of our team, we offer comprehensive, tailored software solutions for drivers, businesses, and industry partners.

We aim to make EV charging simple, accessible, and reliable. Our software ensures a consistent experience across all charge point brands, empowering owners with a seamless solution

What else should you know?

We've just closed a massive 80M EUR Series B round, propelling us toward revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Our growth has soared, with nearly a million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 EV drivers joining us daily. We'll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future ⚡

Here are some things you’re core responsibilities:

  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Monta's products, competition, and market trends for target customers. Build research-backed customer positioning and messaging for specific product areas.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Work with Product to build materials around product roadmap, releases and the value proposition behind features/concepts.
  • Product expert: Be the spokesperson for product groups when necessary e.g. present on stage and deliver demos in key marketing events, deliver trainings to partners and internal teams at a commercial (non-technical) level.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and coordinate roll-out activities from large feature releases to small updates, ensuring that Monta’s products, features, and use cases are understood by the target audience and existing customer base.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, brand, and field marketing, to ensure that product go-to-market is executed effectively against clearly communicated timelines.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, battlecards, case studies and presentation decks on key product areas. Develop and deliver sales training and public webinars on new products and feature updates.
  • Partner Enablement / Marketing: Build partner-specific materials to ensure our customers are successful at selling and activating their customer base on our product.
  • Content Development: Oversee creation of marketing content (white papers, blog posts, demo videos) required for go-to-market plans.
  • Performance Measurement: Work with product directors to drive success of key KPIs around the product lifecycle: pipeline, revenue, customer adoption.

  • Drive Monta's largest product releases externally (at conferences, partner events) and internally (for new & existing customers).
  • Work closely with Product to drive adoption of the platform.
  • Collect research and insights to shape strategic priorities.
  • Create killer materials that are used in go-to-market to drive revenue and growth
  • Lead some of the most important cross-department projects that navigate large-scale change management.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will...

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, in software industry.
  • Experience in B2B includes: account-based marketing, solution messaging, complex buying processes, channel partner support and technical requirements as well as working with Product (in Jira, Beamer, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to ‘roll-up your sleeves’ and get things done across the organization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong passion for high-quality content creation and public speaking. Additional language (besides English) is a plus.
  • Experience in sales enablement and partner/channel marketing is a big plus.
  • Product or marketing experience in a start-up or FinTech is a big plus.
