Alfa Laval is looking for a Project Manager for our Roll-Out projects
joining the Group Digital foundational area OneERP; a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval.
OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365 and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

About the job
As Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects rolling out D365 to the Business. Projects follows a 3-year roadmap, rolling out the ERP solution based on Microsoft D365 to all global sites. You will work tightly together with your team consisting of Solution Architects, Deployment specialists and Process Managers. You will also be engaged in the communication with various stakeholders in the organization, e.g Business Unit Managers, Factory Managers and local key users.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and with the right quality of deliverables. To succeed, you need to work close together with your team with:
- Scope management: Ensuring a clear scope that is monitored and managed throughout the project.
- Planning: Plan and drive strategic projects with medium to high complexity. Outlining tasks, timelines and resource allocation.
- Resources management: Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Coordination: coordinate with various teams including agile development team, testing, deployment, support and business stakeholders.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Stakeholder management and communication: Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Regularly communicate project progress and milestones to relevant stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed.
- Project follow up: Measure project performance to measure success of project
What you know
You have an extensive Project Management experience from several ERP implementations, combined with a broad business understanding in the manufacturing area. Knowledge from Microsoft AX 2012 / D365 is an advantage.
You have excellent Project Management skills and are certified in some of the existing PM trainings (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Safe). Portfolio, Program or Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage.
Change management and communication skills are vital as well as fluent in business English. As we are implementing worldwide, travel is part of the work.

Your passion for project management is evident, supported by a strong background in implementing large ERP solutions. You excel in navigating complex scenarios and providing clarity. Additionally, you are a skilled networker, adept at building and maintaining fruitful relationships across various organizational levels.
Ideally, you have experience managing hybrid projects and possess a solid understanding of agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
