JOIN OUR TEAM AS THE ECOMMERCE MANAGER US AND LEAD THE CHARGE IN DRIVING REVENUE, PROFITABILITY, AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ACROSS OUR ONLINE TRADING PLATFORMS.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You'll develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the US region, ensuring seamless online and offline store experiences in alignment with our omnichannel strategy. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, owning digital KPIs, and optimizing stock availability and order fulfillment. From executing localized pricing strategies to collaborating with marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our online presence. With a focus on website management, analytics, and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities ahead of you:
- Develop and execute the online trading strategy for the USA region, driving revenue, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing online and offline store experiences seamlessly inline with online and Omni channel strategy.
- Deliver sales targets and own digital KPIs: CVR, AOV, UPT.
- Driving availability for region with buyers, planners, and merchandisers within the business to deliver optimised stock and order fulfilment KPIs.
- Execute localised product listing and pricing strategy for region.
- Website Management: Regularly update and maintain product information, images, descriptions, and promotional activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and product launches.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any issues.
- Implement strategies to enhance user experience, navigation, and overall functionality.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behaviour, making suggestions on how to improve, where possible.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Generate reports on sales, customer trends, and other relevant metrics. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the online trading strategy to drive sales growth.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Essential Salesforce Platform experience
- Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
