Corporate Communications Manager with responsibility for Group Annual Report

Overview
We are looking for an experienced communication colleague to join our Corporate Brand Communications organization. This is a temporary position of approximately one year, covering for a parental leave. The position is located at Essity headquarters in Stockholm (Waterfront building). We may consider location in Gothenburg (Mölndal office), however, frequent travelling to and presence in Stockholm will be required. You will report into the Vice President Corporate Brand Communication.

About the role
In this role, you are responsible for leading the production of the Annual Report for the Essity Group and other key corporate communication assets. You support the Investor Relations team with digital content, content activation (organic and paid) and web content targeting the Investor audience. You collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring planning, execution and deliverables with the highest quality standards and in line with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do
Annual Report

• Have the overarching responsibility for project management and production of the Annual Report for the Essity Group.
• Define the requirements, plan and manage the process end-to-end.
• Responsible for ensuring the organization and project plan in place to deliver the Annual Report in line with key timelines and external requirements.
• Set a clear brief and direction for project team and involved stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities, expectations, requirementsand timelines are defined and managed accordingly
• Manage the scoping of agreement, negotiation and relationship with agencies involved.
• Have the editorial responsibility for the entire report, including both Swedish and English versions.
• Responsible for communication with key executive stakeholders.

Content and Activation

• Ensure understanding of Investor content needs for social media
• Develop an Investor content and activation plan in alignment with Corporate Communication and Corporate Brand strategy and guidelines
• Produce social media plan
• Publish relevant Investor content on the corporate web
• Produce key Corporate Communication productions on annual basis

Who You Are
In this role you need to have extensive experience and proven track record from leading similar processes in listed companies. You are a highly structured and professional project manager, with high levels of integrity and confidence. You have a strong ability to listen and navigate stakeholder needs and complexity. You are motivated by driving progress, delivering high quality output and strong, collaborative team work. You build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect and can engage and inspire people around you.

You have:

• Experience and proven track record from communication in listed, international company, including Annual Report or other advanced project management
• Excellent skills in managing complex projects and stakeholder management across organizational functions, geographies and levels
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• High professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Ctrl+Print
• Experience in producing and publishing communication and content for social media and web
• University Degree in Communications or related field
