About the role | Strategy development & implementation
No two days are likely to be the same, but you will be the one with an overview of the strategic tracks and management collaboration, keeping everyone on their toes - ensuring progress, adaptation, and clear communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive and support change projects from conception to delivery across our Nordic organization
- Develop presentations and materials to support processes, changes, systems, strategy, and more
- Develop, coordinate, plan, and facilitate gatherings, workshops, and training sessions
- Drive internal communication channels and activities to create engagement and maintain a consistent and clear information flow (mainly through SharePoint sites, monthly business updates, and info screens)
- Structure and ensure progress in activities related to management collaboration, management initiatives, and strategy development & implementation
- Amplify the presence and value created in SRS both internally within Tryg and externally in close collaboration with Tryg’s internal and external communication teams
About you | Competencies & experience
You work quickly while maintaining a bird's-eye view of the business. You quickly grasp complex situations and are a well-liked sparring partner to the management team, business units, and your closest colleagues in the department. You know how to navigate a large commercial organization and embed strategies and changes in our ways of working.
Your previous experience and professional competencies should include the following:
- Experience relevant to the tasks mentioned above
- Proven track record in creating and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to involve stakeholders and work creatively within change and communication
As a person, you are proactive and persistent, driven by curiosity, and possess high service-level skills. You take pride in delivering high-quality solutions, work independently, and can manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
About us | Ambitious and Diverse
The Strategic & Responsible Sourcing department, SRS, will launch its strategy to set the tone for the next 3 years. An ambitious strategy where a more sustainable supply chain, strategic partnerships, and large-scale improvement programs play important roles.
In this role, you will successfully steer the implementation of the strategy by working closely with the SRS Management Team, of which you will be a part, while simultaneously driving and supporting communications and change activities across the department.
During the interim period, you will represent the Change Management & Communication team and be responsible for the team members (yourself and a full-time employee for most of the period).
