Danfoss Climate Solutions, Commercial Compressors is seeking an innovative Simulation Specialist to join our dedicated engineering team, focused on building model-based design capabilities within our electronics department.

This position is based in Nordborg, Denmark, with a hybrid work model that supports flexible work arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
You will design and optimize electronic systems through advanced simulations, delivering insights to drive innovation. Additionally, you will manage multiple simulations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to larger projects, including engaging with external stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge solutions. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to:
- Design and develop simulation models using specialized software or programming languages to accurately represent electronic systems.
- Gather and analyze data to create simulation inputs, interpret results, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Validate and verify simulation models against empirical data and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously improve simulation techniques and methodologies to enhance model efficiency, accuracy, and applicability.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in simulation tools and technologies to drive innovative solutions in electronics.

Background & Skills
As our new Simulation Specialist, you are skilled at analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to drive innovation. With a continuous improvement mindset, you stay updated on the latest simulation technologies and methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient solutions.
To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in simulations within the electronics field, with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in simulation tools and programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink or SImScape).
- Expertise in leveraging simulations for technology integration and electronic system optimization.
- Strong knowledge of optimization techniques and their applications.
- Possess a technical educational background e.g. in Electronics Engineering, computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
