Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support the entire employee lifecycle and assist our HR-team in their day-to-day tasks.
Your main role will be to ensure that we continue to professionalize and optimize HR processes, working methods and compliance within HR-legal matters. This includes but is not limited to reviewing and restructuring contracts, templates etc., administrating ad hoc HR legal tasks such as parental leave, sick leave and ensuring compliance with country-specific labor laws and working environment regulations. Additionally tasks of a more administrative nature, such as planning and arranging our Dalux Academy for new hires, update and maintain HR process and policies for optimal efficiency will be part of your day.
You will be an important sparring partner for our country managers and HR colleagues in relation to legal employee matters as well as an important link between Finance and HR.

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education, previous experience with stakeholder management and managing compliance with country-specific labor laws. It will be a plus if you also tried to handle working environment matters. Your approach to your stakeholders is humble, motivating, and supportive. As we are an international company and you will collaborate with colleagues across our various offices, we expect you to be able to clearly communicate in English and Danish.
