The Superb opportunity:
Superb is now expanding into the quick-service segment – think cafés, bars, delis, and takeaways – by offering a free subscription that includes an easy-to-use POS system with integrated payments. Our goal is simple: help as many quick-service businesses as possible streamline their operations and grow.
Therefore we are launching a brand-new team focused entirely on the quick-service segment, and we’re looking for driven and energetic Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join us. Your mission will be to sign up as many new customers as possible by offering them our free subscription with POS and payments.

What you will do:
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential quick-service businesses (cafés, bars, delis, takeaways).
- Pitch & Demo: Show how our free subscription with POS and payments can simplify their business.
- Closing & onboard: You own the full process from closing the deal to installing the setup at the customer.
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
- Own your area: You will be given your own territory with a mission of putting Superb flags on every corner.
Who You Are 🙌
- Experience in sales ideally in high-activity environments.
- Danish on a fluent level and comfortable with english as that is our business language
- A person with a collaborative team player mentality who can build trust quickly
- Driven by targets and growth – you love signing new customers and hitting milestones.
- Able to make quick decisions and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Hold a valid driver’s license B and enjoy being out meeting customers.
- You live in or near Copenhagen
