Forecast & Replenishment Specialist

In this role, you’ll be part of our Commercial Excellence team - a dynamic crew of 8 awesome and dedicated colleagues, all passionate about finding better ways to do things. We are a support/development team within our Commercial department, where we do our very best to develop and optimize everything from prices, assortment, and content to processes, tools, and F&R system.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Designing new solutions and fine-tuning our F&R system,
• Optimizing our procurement processes and making sure they’re smoothly implemented,
• Monthly meetings with our external partner who provides our F&R system,
• Supporting the team in making great purchasing decisions and getting the most out of the system,
• Balancing the tricky task of keeping Out of Stock levels low while staying on budget with inventory.

Overall, your main focus will be to drive a shift from manual purchasing to a more automated procurement process, boosting performance along the way. You’ll be the go-to person with full ownership and responsibility for our Forecasting & Replenishment System.
