Be part of a dedicated team
As a GMP Supporter, you will join our Documentation team, specially the MBJ and Dynamics team, which plays a central role in ensuring production runs smoothly.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team with 6 other colleagues, where your primary focus will be on preparing, updating, and printing batch documentation, training operators, and supporting projects.

The team has its “boots on the ground,” working closely with production to ensure robust processes, solve challenges, and provide constructive feedback. You’ll work at our production facility in Kvistgård and report to the Manager of the Documentation Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting production by being present in production to provide guidance and support
• Driving deviations and improvements by identifying challenges and collaborating with teams to develop solutions
• Updating batch documentation by ensuring documentation is user friendly and meets GMP standards
• Delivering effective training of operators to ensure GMP compliance and production efficiency
• Ensuring GMP compliance by developing and maintaining high GMP standards across all tasks

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

• Experience within pharma and/or GMP is an advantage, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to work in this field
• Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues across departments
• An agile and solution-oriented mindset, thriving in dynamic and sometimes unpredictable situations
• A desire to learn and engage with multiple processes, rather than specializing in a single area
