Make a difference by ensuring high-quality drug substance production
Are you ready to support drug substance production with tasks like managing deviations, solving challenges, reviewing batch documentation, and releasing batches? Do you want to do this alongside fantastic colleagues in a growing organization?
If yes, read on!
Be part of a dedicated team
As a Review & Release Professional, you will join our Documentation Team, specifically the Review & Release group, currently made up of 7 dedicated academics. Based at our production site in Kvistgård, Denmark, the team plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before reaching patients around the globe.
The team is responsible for reviewing and releasing batches, driving production deviations, ensuring process confirmation, and preparing for authority inspections. Your role will be central to ensuring our production flows smoothly and complies with GMP standards. You will report directly to the Manager of the Documentation Team.
We are a growing pharmaceutical company, transitioning from small-scale operations to an international facility producing vaccines for global commercial use. As part of this growth, we are strengthening our team to build a world-class production setup with a strong focus on both quality and individual development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being present in production by actively supporting operations and building strong collaboration with colleagues
- Reviewing and releasing batches by ensuring batch documentation is accurate and complete, enabling timely product release
- Developing and maintaining SOPs by writing clear and effective standard operating procedures for production teams
- Preparing for authority inspections – you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance during regulatory audits
- Driving deviations and improvements by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions
Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural sciences, preferably biotechnology
- Experience within pharma and/or GMP is highly valued, but we also welcome motivated candidates eager to work in this environment
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- A desire to work across multiple processes rather than focusing on just one area
- An agile mindset, with the ability to stay focused and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Why join us?
We provide the opportunity to work in an international work environment with cutting-edge technology and a passionate workforce. Our ambition is to become a world-class manufacturing site, and you’ll be part of a team driving continuous improvements to create robust production processes.
You’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment where you can develop both personally and professionally, alongside colleagues who are committed to making a difference for patients worldwide.
Enjoy also a vibrant staff club that offers a variety of diverse fun and exciting events, charging stations for electric vehicles at our facility, or use the convenient bus route (70E) from Humlebæk Station directly to our Kvistgaard facility.
