Join our excellent payroll team in Sweden as a Payroll Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our everyday magic with the high level of service and salary payment to our businesses. We are searching for someone who has prior experience in salary administration and who has a strong ability of self-leadership as well as teamwork and collaboration.

In Tietoevry you will be responsible for traditional salary administration and system development, but also creativity and digital development. We are always working to improve and find new, efficient and secure solutions to deliver accurate payroll data to our organization.

Your role
As a payroll specialist at Tietoevry you will be a part of a team with competent colleagues located in Jönköping and Kalix who each month deliver approximately 3 500 salary payment. Your extended team will be HR operations, and you will report to Head of HR Operations Sweden. You will also have close collaboration with Finance. At Tietoevry you will be a part of the HR community and have opportunity to grow and develop.

We work in a fast-changing environment, which requires you to be flexible. With your previous experience, you will also be able to contribute ideas to develop and streamline work routines. Examples of tasks include managing company cars, benefits, reporting/inputting data, reconciling files, and providing employees with support on payroll-related questions.

Tietoevry has a hybrid workplace, and you will be able to have a flexible work environment. As a team, we have fixed days when we meet in the office, and we believe that it is an advantage to sit together and work closely with each other. Therefore, we see that you preferably live around Jönköping. Kalix or Stockholm are also possible locations where part of the team is located.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management. It is advantageous if you have experience working at a larger company where parts of the payroll process are linked to system integrations, hence we also prefer that you have an interest in systems. You work fluently in Swedish and English and have good knowledge of Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience with SD Worx payroll system, the HR system Workday as well as the ticket system Zendesk.

You will succeed in this roll if you have strong analytical skills and business-oriented approach, as well as the ability to independently plan and structure your work based on set goals. You meet high standards of integrity, communication skills and attention to details without losing the overall perspective. You are used to working independently and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
