Role
As an Internal Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in our IT department. Working closely with colleagues at various levels and across different countries, your primary focus will be on maximizing the potential of SharePoint while also supporting other IT needs. Additionally, you will need to embrace the dynamic nature of the role as the department develops and the organization’s needs evolve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and implementing SharePoint file management, ensuring full optimization of its potential within the organization.
• Administering Azure AD and establishing efficient onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Leading IT security initiatives, including the implementation of Single Sign-On where applicable.
• Providing daily IT support to colleagues and the organization.
• Managing the procurement, setup, and maintenance of office IT equipment, ensuring new employees are fully equipped from day one.
• Adapting to changing responsibilities as new projects and priorities emerge in our rapidly developing department.
  

Professional Skills

• Proven expertise with SharePoint is a must. This includes implementation, optimization, and driving organizational adoption of SharePoint file management.
• Experience with Azure AD is essential.
• A relevant IT education is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Versatile IT skills, including advanced user-level expertise in Microsoft 365 products.
• Knowledge of setting up and maintaining IT office equipment.
