Responsibilities 👇
As Partner Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Marketplace partners, optimizing content, resolving technical issues, and driving campaigns to enhance user experience. You'll work closely with partners and Partner Managers, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional value while continuously improving the Marketplace.
You will for instance:
- Manage and support Marketplace partners with content updates, offer management, and technical issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Drive integration projects for partners, troubleshooting issues across internal teams and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with partners to plan and execute campaigns, including price updates, new product launches, and tailored benefits for end-users.
- Oversee technical updates in partner portals, ensuring functionality and accuracy for features like direct debit and order flows.
- Address partner inquiries on topics such as billing, system functionality, and campaign readiness, providing clear communication and follow-up.
- Align Marketplace offerings with regional needs across the Nordics, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention of partners.
- Act as the primary liaison for partner support, using email and phone to build strong relationships and provide comprehensive solutions.

You are a tech-savvy professional who thrives on working with platforms, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, as you excel at fostering trust and collaboration with both external partners and internal stakeholders. Attentive to detail and highly organized, you manage multiple tasks with efficiency while ensuring accuracy in technical setups and content. Your strong time management skills and proactive approach empower you to take initiative, tackle challenges, and build valuable networks, driving outstanding results.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience working with customer or partner contact (B2B), such as support or coordination, preferably within a platform-based environment.
- Strong skills in Service, Time-Management & Account Management.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Technical support & platform knowledge: Exposure to handling technical setups, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with tech teams.
It's highly advantageous, thus not required if you also have:
- Experience working with Content Management in platforms, where maintaining accurate and appealing content is a core responsibility.
- Professional language skills in Danish or Norwegian.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or similar.

Practical information
- Start: As soon as we find the right match, preferably during spring 2025!
- Extent: Full-time, 100%
- Location: Apelbergsgatan 33A, Stockholm.
- Work model: Hybrid- minimum 3 days/week from the office.
