Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind farm electrical assets, incl. the HV and LV power system. As asset operator, you’ll perform and coordinate the electrical activities, execute the day-to-day operations, and maintain our Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farm transmission assets.

You’ll be part of HV Transmission team where you, together with your colleagues, will prioritize safety in all things you do and adhere to all relevant Taiwanese regulations. As a team, we support each other, have an open mind to different opinions and ideas, and are keen to learn and share experiences to be safer, more productive, and efficient.
You’ll play an important role in:
- developing the wind farm transmission asset strategy for Greater Changhua Wind Farm and any upcoming Taiwanese assets in accordance with our asset management policy
- planning, managing, and preparing the electrical work related to the wind farm transmission asset, incl. all HV and LV components in the onshore and offshore power system
- performing power system operations and maintenance
- investigating faults on site and informing the control engineer
- developing a strong, positive electrical QHSE culture
- ensuring safe switching, operation of plant and equipment, incl. execution of work in accordance with our electrical safety rules.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have an analytical approach to your work and an ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and calmly without losing perspective
- are able to live and work in a shift pattern on a service operation vessel (SOV) and comply with Global Wind Organization (GWO) medical requirements for working offshore and onshore
- have a good knowledge of UHV and HV transmission networks and power systems with a degree in electrical engineering and have significant experience in UHV and HV operation and maintenance management
- are able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with your colleagues and external business partners
- are able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently.
