As Creative Art Director, you’ll play a part at one of Denmark’s largest organizations, developing innovative and engaging visual brand experiences. Your work will shape our creative direction, elevate our brand identity, and inspire stakeholders to share our vision.
You’ll join a global team of brand and marketing professionals, each interested in setting a high creative standard. Together, you’ll work to establish Grundfos as a thought leader in water and climate solutions, with a shared focus on improving lives and protecting the planet.

- Creating and implementing compelling creative concepts and visual experiences that set the direction for our brand.
- Guiding and inspiring our organization and creative partners to deliver effective, cohesive, relevant, and engaging on-brand experiences.
- Guiding and supporting our teams in utilizing core brand assets.
- Shaping our brand and design identity, ensuring it resonates across all touchpoints.
- Developing tools, guidelines, and training programs that reinforce our brand standards.

What we’re looking for in you:
- A creative mind with a solid ability to improve our brand's reach across all functions.
- A curious and positive mindset delivering inspiring experiences that enhance our brand identity.
- Ready to immerse yourself in new projects and identify new possibilities while leading teams toward innovative solutions.
- You have exceptional attention to detail alongside a strategic mindset, creating compelling solutions that both respect and elevate our brand identity.
- Ability to build and shape brand identity in ways that unite and inspire different functions and divisions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Creative Art Director or similar role.
- Practical experience with tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
- Interest in designing assets for both physical and digital touchpoints including campaigns, sponsorships, social media, websites, exhibitions, and events.
