What is the job about?
In Global LAB, we would like to improve capability in data collection from the more than 500+ pieced of test equipment.

In this job, you will be part of a team of software developers. You will take part in the cross-function DATA TEAM working together with specialists within all the specific test area, the DATATEAM will have the excellence function for the data structure.

You will have the task of building a common data model for all the test results from Global LAB, that will be the backbone to feature workflow model and reporting tools.

Defining the best practice of implementation of machine learning and AI in the organization and input for simulation team is also a key aspect of this role.

The job will be a mix of the data architect role and the implementation of software.

In Global LAB, we use many different software technologies, therefore we are not looking for specific programming skills (we mostly use .Net/C# Python, LabView, TestStand, PLC).

Your main responsibilities:

• Stakeholders’ management and some project management task
• Software architect role in the “DATATEAM”
• Taking active part of the implementation of software and data model and data interfaces

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• University master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in programming
• Outgoing personality for effective communication with you stakeholders
• Database understanding (SQL)
• Object oriented software design.
• Knowledge of IT system design and interfaces / API’s
• Understanding of products that does have embedded software and some embedded HW.
