Join Mynewsdesk’s CRM & Operations team, a group that thrives on automation, collaboration, and challenging the status quo. We’re looking for someone ready to hands on work with our systems and processes—particularly our self-hosted Data Warehouse—while contributing across our broad technical landscape.

Our Mission
Our team sits at the heart of Mynewsdesk, automating and transforming how the company operates in our business systems. We deliver smart solutions that simplify workflows, connect systems, and empower departments to excel. So far we’ve automated the provisioning of our subscriptions, launched new agreement solutions, and most recently we have built a Data Warehouse, all self hosted in open-source platforms.

• We’ve established our first core metrics, and the next steps include enriching data with product usage insights, financial metrics, and leveraging AI for internal efficiency.
• We’re exploring opportunities to push boundaries, challenge how we’ve worked before, and adopt new tools and techniques to solve real business challenges.
• Example of what could be up next, further enrichment of our Data Warehouse, drive efficiency via new integrations and enhance our subscription management.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Data Warehouse Evolution: Optimize and expand our self-hosted data systems to meet growing business needs.
• Integrate and Automate: Enhance integrations between key business systems, driving automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate Broadly: Work alongside CRM Admins, commercial and financial teams, developers, and product teams to design impactful solutions.
• Explore and Innovate: Challenge existing processes, adopt new techniques, and find creative ways to leverage AI and automation.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone versatile, curious, and driven. You thrive on solving challenges, learning new skills, and contributing across various areas of expertise.

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• A strong foundation in working with data systems, particularly self-hosted or open-source solutions.
• Experience with integrations and automation between business systems.
• An interest in exploring AI and new technologies to drive meaningful change.
• The ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in DBT, SQL, and at least one additional programming language.
