Your mission
As the Head of Go-To-Market at Mercell, you will be at the forefront of shaping our market presence and driving our growth. This is your opportunity to craft and execute powerful Go-To-Market strategies that not only fuel revenue growth but also solidify our position as a market leader. You’ll be the visionary that bridges the gap between product innovation and market success, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Your strategic mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on approach will guide how we communicate the unique value of our products, making an impact on customers and prospects alike. With your deep expertise in the Product Marketing toolbox you’ll turn insights into action, building compelling narratives that resonate in the marketplace..
Core Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and releases, ensuring we have a well baked strategy and plan that drives growth.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct market analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategies.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and narratives for Mercell’s product portfolio that resonate with target customers.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to develop tools, collateral, and training that improve product knowledge and drive sales success.
- Customer Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with key customers and use their feedback and stories to enhance product messaging and marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a GTM team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align on product roadmaps, execution, and overall growth strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A deep understanding and proven experience in classic product marketing disciplines, preferably gained within SaaS or technology companies, or through work as a consultant.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to think big picture while managing the details of execution across multiple product lines.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS markets, procurement platforms, or similar industries.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating impactful content and product messaging.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Go-to-Market Expertise: Experience driving successful product launches and building go-to-market strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate across departments and work with diverse stakeholders.

Location: Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, or Utrecht.
