About the role
Creating effective customer experiences are what we do every day. We drive traffic to our websites and guide customers through engaging content to information and conversions.
We are now looking for a curious and new thinking Content Manager to join our team. In addition to being great at making content and customer journeys, you are keen to learn and test new ways of working with content and SEO.
As a Nordic Content Manager you will play a major role in improving our Nordic websites with focus on the Danish content. Together with the team you will ensure our websites to be easy to understand and attractive for our customers, making improvements based on insights and testing. You will also play a key role in investigating and testing how we can utilize new technology.
About the team
We are 12 engaged colleagues in Digital Content & SEO and we are a part of CRM and Digital Sales in Commercial. Working in an agile and dynamic setup you will engage with colleagues from other departments including marketing, e-business, UX, product experts, analysts and IT to deliver great customer experiences. We collaborate in a modern and flexible workplace with an open, honest, fun and accountable team culture.
Who are you?
You are a solid communicator with experience creating content. You are driven by enthusiasm and curiosity, and you have a natural ability to dive in and learn new areas. You thrive in a team-focused environment where openness, autonomy, and transparency are valued.
You also have:
• Relevant education within communication / media / web development
• Excellent spoken and written English and fluent Danish
• Experience with Epi/Optimizely or other CMS-systems
• Experience working with SEO and relevant tools supporting SEO
• Competence with analytical tools GA etc.
Additional facts and the recruitment process
Location: Our Nordic team is situated across the Nordics and you can be living in any of the Nordic countries.
Travelling: Some travelling within the Nordics is required.
