About the job
As our new Internal Sales Engineer, you will deliver sales support for Alfa Laval PureSox and Gas Combustion Units to sales companies, field sales managers, and key customers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • You will work on establishing smooth use of ONECRM and Power BI dashboards.
  • You will use the ONECRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and make decisions.
  • Follow up on open quotes and participate in internal and external sales discussions.
  • Ensure quotations, documentation, and project handover are in line with customer needs where you will act as sparring partner mainly with the Application Engineering team and all other internal stakeholders.

About you
You are a self-driven person with a structured way of working and striving for results. Building and maintaining relationships through both digital and physical interactions is highly important to you. You have a solid understanding of sales and customer satisfaction, with a particular interest in the marine industry. You have a strong commercial focus and have an interest in technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce or engineering.
  • You have a least 2 years of experience in a sales environment with matrix organization.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge / experience with ERP systems.
