Are you a proven leader with strong financial expertise, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a passion for driving operational excellence? If so, Fritz Hansen invites you to take on a pivotal leadership role as our Head of Finance.

In this key position, reporting directly to the CFO, you will be involved in many different topics and work closely with a wide group of people from different functions and countries.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Oversee the Finance Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure top performance and professional growth.
• Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the group, monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Controls: Strengthen internal controls, ensuring adherence to Danish and international financial regulations, including VAT compliance.
• Strategy Implementation: Implement financial initiatives that drive Fritz Hansen’s business objectives.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage group budgeting processes, cost management, and performance monitoring.
• Audit Oversight: Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure seamless execution of the annual audit process.
• Systems Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Maintain and improve procedural documentation to ensure robust and efficient workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to the global organization, providing insights and recommendations on financial performance and risk management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a relevant academic qualification (e.g., HD(R), cand.merc.aud, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a global organization.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with a strong understanding of internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus).
• Practical mindset with a focus on process optimization and value creation.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in Danish and English.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team, driving results in a dynamic environment.
