Welcome to Novonesis Consumer Health Region EU/LATA/MEAI marketing team
We now have a terrific opportunity for a Regional Marketing Lead to join our regional marketing hub. Working within the Regional marketing team you will be responsible for leading the consumer health umbrella brands portfolio in EU, MEA, India and LATAM, reporting to the Region Marketing head.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Drive growth of the Consumer health portfolio in the region, delivering against sales targets.
• Support the region marketing head in shaping the region three years growth plans and deploying the global umbrella brands strategy.
• You will be responsible for driving excellence in execution including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional medical marketing team to shape and drive the HCP engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Regional key accounts team on revenue growth management and joint business planning with partners.
• Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities, and build differentiated plans to unlock growth with key retail partners.
• Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities with the global team.

Potentially relevant experience:

• The successful candidate has a Consumer Healthcare (OTC, Cosmetics, Medical devices, food supplements) background and has demonstrated a strategic mindset, decision-making ability, and is able to synthesize and integrate input.
• Strong experience in regional brand management roles in consumer health space, with broad knowledge of various consumer health categories including, GI, Immunity, Mental health, Women’s health, and children.
• Experience in market access and penetration strategies in direct and distributor business model.
• Proven brand execution ability combined with strategic acumen.
• Previous relevant consumer health industry marketing experience (at least 5+ years)
• University degree is required, (business or life sciences is preferred) or equivalent experience and regional brand management in an OTC, food supplements market.
• Proficiency in English and either German and/or Spanish with French being a nice to have.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and progressive commercial experience.
• An understanding of local market conditions in key EU/LATAM/MEA markets.
