What You Will Do
At Veo, we are committed to building a modern and agile finance function that meets the demands of a fast-growing technology company. Our finance department is a strategic partner, delivering insights that bridge financial performance with operational excellence to empower data-driven decision-making.
As an FP&A Associate at Veo, you will develop and maintain forecasts for potential projects, analyze key drivers, and deliver insights to inform strategic decisions. Your work will directly shape the company’s growth, aligning strategic priorities with financial planning. Partnering with all teams within Finance, you will consolidate insights from across the organization to create a clear, unified view of performance for monthly reporting and related tasks. You will guide forward-looking financial analysis, working with senior stakeholders to forecast the business and assess new opportunities.

What You Could Bring
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar field.
- Deep financial literacy from 3+ years of experience (could be from a similar role, investment banking, consulting, transaction services, etc.).
- Capable of understanding complex business issues and finding core drivers.
- Strong communication skills, with deep knowledge of presenting financial and operational findings in a precise, clear, concise storyline.
- Collaboration skills, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders in a growing setting.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work presented externally.
- Fluent in English (both verbally and written).
- Being an Excel superuser is necessary, and experience with tools like PowerPoint, BI interfaces, and Dynamics/BC is valuable.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the execution of our monthly reporting process to the Management and Board.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
- Analyse key financial and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource allocation and business performance.
- Facilitate continuous improvement in financial processes and tools to adapt for scalability and efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and strategic updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
