Join our team as a Quality Manager and play a vital role in shaping the quality processes that define our timeless designs.

You will collaborate with skilled professionals across departments, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure consistent quality across suppliers and products. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Customer Quality Assurance, you’ll work to elevate assembly processes and manage quality at a strategic level, enabling flawless execution from production to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and qualification of aluminum suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Provide strategic direction for assembly processes to equalize and maintain high-quality levels in finished goods.

• Lead quality initiatives in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including coordination of activities using PPAP and other quality tools.

• Act as the customer representative for both automotive and Audio/Video quality matters, ensuring alignment with relevant methods and standards.

• Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with all relevant standards and Bang & Olufsen requirements.

• Manage 8D complaints processing both internally and externally with suppliers.

• Develop and implement quality methods and drive improvements across production processes in Denmark.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a holistic professional with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in quality management. You have a passion for applying Six Sigma principles to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.

Moreover, you bring:

• Extensive experience within quality management and Six Sigma tools, including: DMAIC / PDCA / COPQ / CTQ.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at all levels.

• Effective communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with quality methodologies like 8D processing and capability studies will be considered as an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required; Danish language is advantageous.
