Join our Advanced Manufacturing team as a Senior Technology Specialist and play a key role in advancing the material and process technologies that define our timeless designs.

You will join a dynamic team of 12 skilled professionals, including engineers and scientists, dedicated to advancing manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering & Technology, you will collaborate across the organization and with external partners to ensure continuous innovation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and optimization initiatives for aluminum, glass, and other materials.

• Identify and implement advanced solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to align material and process developments with organizational goals.

• Troubleshoot and improve processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Document and communicate technological developments and project results effectively.

• Support decisions regarding investments in new machinery and equipment.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses a robust technical background paired with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. With a passion for technology, you excel in dynamic, cross-functional environments and thrive when solving complex technological challenges.

Moreover, you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, material Science, or related field.

• Extensive experience in material and process innovation, with a strong focus on aluminum technologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to address complex challenges.

• Experience in coatings or production processes for outdoor speakers is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required; Danish language is advantageous.
