About us:

You will become part of the Security and Infrastructure department, which is a part of KMD's business unit Human Capital Management. We are a product-driven organization responsible for our deliveries, products, and operations. This means you will gain insight into a wide range of KMD products, where you will be the main driver toward the deliveries and help the growth journey.

We are a small team of six colleagues, primarily experienced professionals who take on different roles, including project managers, developers, implementation consultants, and security architects. A common goal in our work is to ensure the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of our products and services.

Across our team, we work on specific and complex IT security challenges. Therefore, it is essential that we maintain close dialogue with our customers and engage in their business, organization, and strategic goals regarding IT security.

We are all located at our Aalborg office, where you will also be based.

About the job:

You will have a pivotal role in our team with the responsibility of driving the product strategy and customer implementation. The role encapsulates strategic and commercial vision and continuous process optimization. The individual is tasked with a full-stack responsibility of ensuring the resources, capabilities, and competencies to deliver on all end-to-end project phases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps within IT security.
• Define and design services in areas such as Log Management, SIEM, and SOC
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure our services meet the highest standards of IT security and address customer needs.
• Act as a key point of contact in discussions with customers about their needs and challenges.

You are:

Ideally, you are an expert in it-security and have experience with product management, but a key value for us is drive and a desire to succeed and deliver high-quality services to ensure satisfied customers.

We would love to hear from you if you recognize the following personal qualities:

• Between 3-5 years of experience within IT-security and preferably Log Management, SIEM, and SOC service
• Proven experience in defining and developing IT security services
• A degree of technical understanding combined with a good understanding of business
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in project and product management
• Relevant educational background in IT, security, or business administration
