As a Strategy Execution Lead, you play a crucial role in bringing our Forward ’28 strategy to life in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. This role combines strategic thinking and execution, as you will take the lead on driving the execution of strategic initiatives to make a significant impact.

You will be part of our Nordic Strategy Execution & Commercial Excellence team in Business Customers. The responsibility of the Strategy Execution team is to spearhead the execution of our Business Customers Forward ’28 strategy and turn our high ambitions into reality to strengthen our market position across the Nordics.

Drive execution to help us deliver on our high ambitions

In the Business Customers unit, we serve more than 200,000 business customers across the Nordics – from start-ups to medium-sized businesses. Our Forward ’28 strategy is centred around 3 strategic pillars – advisory, digitalisation, and sustainability – to drive profitable growth and capture market shares across the Nordics.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our new strategy – by ensuring value creation and traction in the execution of our strategy, proactively identifying and mitigating roadblocks along the way, as well as creating transparency on progress and realisation of anticipated outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving execution of strategic/commercial initiatives from defining goals and roadmaps to reporting progress and results to stakeholders

• Facilitating workshops with relevant stakeholders to co-create solutions as well as validate hypothesis to prepare recommendations for how to execute on the initiative.

• Proactively identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential risks as well as creating transparency of roadblocks to enable us to course-correct if committed deliverables and/or outcomes are at risk.

• Establishing and monitoring performance metrics, KPIs and milestones to measure the success of the initiatives – and enable early course corrections.

• Driving a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending enhancements.

What competencies do we think is needed?

We are looking for colleagues with experience in driving strategic projects and with excellent project management skills. You must be a true team player and should find it refreshing to work with leaders and colleagues across all levels to drive execution.

We expect that you have:

• A master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in strategy execution, project / programme management, or consultancy – preferably within the financial sector / business banking

• Strong analytical, strategic and project management skills

• A structured and solution-orientated approach to ensure timely, high quality deliveries

• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and present clear decision proposals in writing and verbal

• Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written
