Software Engineers – Danske Bank
Are you a passionate Software Engineer eager to drive positive change through technology and collaboration, working on cloud-native solutions in a flexible and inclusive work environment? Danske Bank is seeking talented Software Engineers to join our Core Financing Platform tribe.
About us
Core Financing Platform brings together a diverse group of professionals responsible for crafting solutions that facilitate financing in the Nordic markets. The tribe consists of approximately 200 colleagues across Denmark, Lithuania, and India, with these new positions based in our new Copenhagen Central domicile.
Danske Bank is dedicated to promoting equality and diversity and encourages all qualified individuals to apply. We value diversity, flexibility, and the unique perspectives that each team member brings.
About the positions
Your everyday work will take place within an agile, cross-functional squad led by a Product Owner. Your chapter will serve as your professional home base and provide a sparring network with fellow cloud developers and your HR manager, the Chapter Lead.
The seniority of the position will depend on your experience and the match with the available squad positions. Salary and working conditions follow the union agreement with Finansforbundet.

- Document code changes, perform risk assessments, and handle compliance-related administration.
- Ensure code quality and compliance with technical standards.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and availability.
