Senior HR Business Partner

Join us in this role where you’ll support either our Engineering, Procurement, Construction & QHSE (EPC) or our Finance business unit in driving leadership and culture, allowing everyone to thrive and perform at their best. You’ll play an instrumental role in setting the HR agenda and striving for best-in-class HR deliverables.

You’ll be part of the HR Business Partner team in Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will provide support to people leaders in the business you support, whilst your 'home team' will be your HR Business partner colleagues. We set the agenda for the P&C (People & Culture) initiatives, together with our CoE partners, sharing best practice and supporting each other to be a high performing, energised, trusted, and fun team.

You’ll play an important role in:
- driving leadership as a discipline, together with the senior leaders, to ensure step change, creating a culture where employees can thrive and develop
- outlining project plans and programmes for supporting the strategic business agenda to secure a focus on the people side of change
- acting as a trustworthy and strategic sparring partner for the senior leaders
- managing the annual HR people processes, securing smooth delivery and communications to relevant stakeholders
- providing external trends, experience, and best practices within our HRBP team while ensuring that our P&C processes and knowledge are leveraged across.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a well-equipped HR toolbox and solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
- have a strong organisational awareness and understanding of structures, culture, and strategic priorities
- drive strategic projects and programmes, supporting the business agenda
- have strong stakeholder management skills and able to build and maintain positive relationships with leaders, employees, and P&C colleagues to achieve organisational goals
- are data driven and detect and analyse HR issues, identify root causes, spot trends, and propose practical solutions
- are flexible and adjust well to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
