Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal agency of the LEGO Group. The organization is accountable for all content and campaign development across owned, earned and paid channels. Our LEGO Agency consist of close to 500 people, with headquarter in Billund, Denmark, but with hubs in London, Boston, Singapore and China.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide strategic partnering primarily to the senior Vice president of “Our LEGO Agency” (OLA) and their leadership team
- Taking a leading role with Sr. management on organizational vision, design and development to meet strategic priorities
- Facilitate change management processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the future strategy (capability assessment and building processes),
- Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness
- Lead strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence
- Accountable for recruitment prioritization and organizational / workforce governance across the different locations.

The People Partnering organization covers HR Business Partnering as well as Employee relations, benefits and wellbeing. The people partnering is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the LEGO Group’s strategic direction. The People Partners are key enablers and driving forces behind, and together with senior business leaders in optimizing the organizational capability to reach the strategic priorities of the business plans.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background combined with an extensive (+10 years) proven HR experience, from a global matrixed organization. Your strong senior partner management skills and solid business understanding are evidenced through solid written and verbal communication, the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition, we expect that you have experience in:
- Working with data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions, with compensation data and statutory reports
- Capability assessment and building from a medium/large size organization preferable within Agency/creative field
- Giving strategic advice and set directions for the people agenda
- Advice and co-develop the leadership team as an effective team
- Strong change adaptability, with proven record of running organizational change processes
Finally, you show a track record of running a strong E2E people agenda, transformation of HR processes and multiple priorities and deadlines.
As a person, you can establish and manage good relations to many different units and people at all levels in the organization. You are open minded, solution and result oriented, structured, and has a strong collaborative attitude. You work well dealing with ambiguity and you know how to balance local needs vs. global directions and influence accordingly.
