HR Business Partner in global organization
Are you passionate about making a difference in the workplace? We are looking for you, our new HR Business Partner, who knows how broad the HR discipline is and champion the generalist role in connecting the dots in the organization. To master this, it requires some years of experience in an HR role preferably in a global organization.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for HR-related matters in Denmark, working hand-in-hand with local HR teams within our global HR community ensuring a smooth translation of our Machine Control global requirements into local needs. You will be the managers first point of contact in the entire Machine Control division, offer strategic HR guidance, aligning HR initiatives with our business goal as well as delivering HR support meaning hiring, developing leaders, life-phase conversations, team development activities and workshops, contract changes etc.

You will report into the Sr HR Manager located in Stockholm, Sweden who is responsible for the Machine Control Division globally, but she is only a call away to support you.
