Are you passionate about leading and motivating a project team in our Sustainability transition journey related to Program and packaging?
Join us with your Sustainability and project management experience and play a vital part in getting our products within Licensing & Extended Line to consumers globally.
We do not offer relocation for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and drive technical product and packaging transformation projects from idea to launch collaborating with colleagues within and outside Licensing & Extended Line
- Secure project progression and partner management throughout the project
- Lead risk management and assessment across both feasibility, desirability, and viability and secure mitigation activities through project lifetime with a full E2E value chain perspective
- Responsible for quality delivery and a key player in complexity management
- Drive continuous improvements on processes based on findings
- Challenge projects from a climate impact point of view

The Licensing & Extended Line team focuses on enriching and extending the LEGO portfolio to predominately non-brick categories, and we aspire to deliver relevant products that surround LEGO play to foster creative play culture. We focus on motivating and supporting the teams to be the best version of themselves and balancing innovation and value chain optimization! As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for strategy deployment, project planning, resource and budget management, process optimization, ways of working and secure the overall project progress to meet critical achievements.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings experience with Sustainability Engineering and project management preferably on physical product development. In addition, you have:
- Proven track record in leadership, strong process understanding, optimization and drive effectiveness throughout a project
- Solid know how on supply chain management such as operations, Engineering, planning and procurement is a plus
- Experience working with external partners and agile project management or other Project management Tools
