You are responsible for the administration of core HR processes
You will be collaborating closely with a skilled and experienced team of HR professionals and will manage core HR processes covering sites in DK and Poland. We drive an ambitious people strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, develop an inclusive, international workplace, and support senior leaders in their daily operations. The foundation in our employe life cycle is our HR systems, primarily Success Factors, which you will be our operational expert within.
The position is physically anchored in Szczecin.
Your role
In your role as Group HR Coordinator, your tasks will be to:
- Manage employee life cycle data in Success Factors
- Handle contracts from signature to termination and archiving
- Upload and maintain employee documentation and data in Success Factors
- Drive daily operation in HR; resolve inquires coming via mail or ticket system
- Support HR Partners and managers with reports and data from SF and similar HR systems
- Guide and support managers with questions related to local policies, terms and conditions
- Support implementation of new functionalities in Succes Factors
- Support payroll and finance on data inquires
About you
You have a strong quality mindset, an eye for detail, and you know what it takes to drive HR operations, including HR systems, end-2-end. You understand the importance of good housekeeping in HR systems, which makes you attentive to all steps in the HR administration process. You are driven to take good care of people data. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:
- You have 2-3 years of experience with HR operations
- You are experienced in HR systems, preferably Success Factors
- You hold a degree within business administration, preferably within HRM
- You are fluent in English
- You are a self-driven, accountable, and open person, who thrives in an environment, where you are given a lot of responsibility
- You take pride in supporting the organization
