We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our Corporate Governance team within the Legal & External Relations team at TDC NET.

About the job
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Expert Advice: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of employment law issues, including employee relations, labor regulations, and dispute resolution.
- Collective Bargaining: Offer expert advice on collective bargaining agreements and assist in their negotiation.
- Policy Development: Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Internal Support: Assist with internal investigations related to employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Training & Development: Offer training and support to HR and management on employment law matters.
- Legal Updates: Stay informed about changes in employment law to ensure the company’s practices are up to date.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in employment law practices.
- Ethics & Governance: Support the Corporate Governance team with initiatives in business ethics and governance as needed.

About you
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in employment law and the ability to work independently as the sole specialist in this area. Furthermore, your background and experience include:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent).
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in employment law, from a law firm, industry organisation, or as in-house counsel for a larger Danish company.
- Expert Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Danish employment law practices and principles, with experience managing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to maintain good working relationships with unions and employees.
- Innovative thinking: Rethink how things are done to improve processes.
- Decision-Making: Willingness to make decisions and guide leaders with clear, concise communication.
