About the job
Are you the one who can refine TDC NET’s ISMS and ensure it seamlessly connects policy and standards to operational controls, while supporting colleagues in translating security requirements into processes and guidelines?

TDC NET is operating at the heart of the Danish digital infrastructure – you will therefore be working to ensure that the constant changing geopolitical and cyberthreat landscape, current and new regulation, utilization of recognized information- and cybersecurity are shaping and evolving the security posture.

You will be operating in the focal point between senior and line management, Mobile and IT experts and security professionals.

You will be the closest wingman of the managers and domain owners supporting the implementation of security requirements across all TDC NET.

Your key tasks:

• Responsible for maintaining and updating TDC NET ISMS (policy & standards).
• Participating in updating and analyzing TDC NET situational awareness on emerging threats and regulatory requirements.
• Advisory and guidance on implementing Security Requirements on the operational level.
• Cross functional Security project management and participation.

You will become an integral part of the Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Security – We collaborate closely with the business, managers and experts across all TDC NET to ensure a comprehensive and fitting security posture for TDC NET.

About you
We seek a candidate who are:

Doing well with TDC NET involves the traits outlined, as well as knowledge or experience with:

• Implementing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) within a mid-sized to large enterprise environment.
• Firsthand knowledge of working with ISO27000 standards, 27002 control domains and guidelines for operational implementation.
• Insight into other security frameworks.
• A basic understanding of IT and Mobile infrastructure.
• Stakeholder management, advisory and interaction across multiple hierarchical organizational levels.
• Basic insight into Risk Management and Security Compliance.

Possession of valid certifications within the realms of security governance or other security disciplines will also be relevant to document experience within the above capabilities.
