About the role
As our new Service Operations Lead at AutoProff, you’ll further develop our Swedish Service Operations function that will support customers in Sweden. An important part of the role will be to build a high-performance service team delivering superior quality while ensuring a high level of operating efficiency.
You will be working closely with our auction team focusing on an excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
You will report to Swedish Auction Manager and be instrumental to build, lead and motivate the Service Operations team with a can-do and positive attitude.
Let's dive into your key responsibilities
- Further develop and implement our Swedish full-service model with associated development steps in transport, inspection, vehicle handling, and regulatory tasks within public systems related to ownership changes
- Update agreements with suppliers and partners, which must ensure that we can deliver the logistics and forwarding services that our service model includes
- Define processes and structures around the transport of cars and document functions around logistics and freight forwarding, which ensure a high level of service
- Be part of the operational work and help with operational tasks when needed
The need-to-have skills
- Experience and know-how about the vehicle inspection process
- Knowledge about vehicle logistics
- Previous experience from used car trading
- Proven track record in building high performance teams
The nice-to-have skills
- Experience from working with vehicle auction platforms
- Knowledge about cross boarder trading of vehicles
- Experience in workting with test protocols related to car inspections
- Good technical understanding of vehicles
