THE POSITION
The Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires top talent and retains proper engagement. This role involves managing a team of (senior) TA/Sourcing Executives, collaborating with various business units and departments, implementing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and engaging with talent pools in Vietnam and overseas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies along with detailed execution plan to meet future staffing needs for Esoft’s business growth.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Vice Presidents, Head of Departments, Supervisors, Channel Manager (CM) to firm up hiring requirements for both full-time and part-time employees.
- Partner with Planning and Vendor Management to develop a scalable workforce strategy to achieve cost efficiency and the optimal balance of different types of resources.
Recruitment Cost Management
- Plan and manage the annual recruitment budget, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving hiring goals.
- Monitor recruitment expenses regularly, implement measures to control costs and take appropriate actions as needed
Recruitment/Testing/Onboarding Management
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
- Implement technology, processes to improve overall efficiency and experience for both hiring managers as well as candidates coming into contact with Esoft.
- Involve in the critical position recruitment.
- Advise hiring managers (HM) on recruitment & selection process.
- Enhance the candidate/HM experience through clear communication, streamlined hiring process and survey for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the technical training team to ensure appropriate design of training programs for new hires and live production activities.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, hiring departments for seamless onboarding process.
- Be key coordinator for candidates/part-timers with Training, Quality and Product & Innovation for continuous improvement of training quality
Employer Branding
- Enhance the company's visibility through partnerships with institutions, career fairs, targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate with HR team members both in Vietnam and Nordic countries for the EVP communication campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Design & implement social media strategy and recruitment platform, includes advertisement and branding both locally as well as internationally to align with company recruitment goals in each stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, headhunting service providers, and external partners.
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Set goals, monitor team performance, and provide guidance to ensure effective delivery of recruitment targets.
Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports for management, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Other tasks
- Support the Company in communicating company vision, mission, core values, business strategy and department strategy, goals and objectives.
- Support Channel Management, Production, HR by giving advice on outside market information for the proper C&B development.
- Other tasks as assigned by Channel Manager.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 4~5 years in a supervisory role.
