ERP Coordinator for your Venue Excellence department

As our ERP (Momentus) App Coordinator, you will be coordinating a series of tasks related to our ERP system. These tasks include general governance, assisting in system development, configuring, maintenance, testing etc.

You will work closely with our Application Manager and our Project & Implementations Specialist as well as liaising with a broad number of stakeholders / Key Users.

You will also assist with troubleshooting when Key Users are challenged or may be in need of training and instructions. Your major success criteria is to ensure the support of a trouble less ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
-Configuring products (resources, packages and spaces)

- Maintaining Core Configuration

- Regression Tests when having system version updates

- Package Configuration Expert

- Key User Organization

- Monitoring dashboards for optimal run of system.

- System Users incl. Suppliers

- Maintain End User training program

Daily tasks:
- Assistance to App Manager and Project & Implementation Specialist

- Support to the Key Users

- Adjustments to Products (pricing, core info, retiring etc.)

- Helpdesk support (related to Momentus)

- System templates

- Data controlling

- Users (new, retire, roles), shared e-mails

- Run Key User Organization. Plan meetings. Coordinate feedback.

- Assist with Key User training.

- Assist with the maintenance of our Momentus SOP’s.

- Dashboards and views adjustments

Qualifications:
Personal competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Professional competencies:

- General IT skills

- Understanding of the Exhibition Fairs and Congresses or other industry

- PowerApps skills are an advantage

Experience:

- Proven experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
