The Opportunity
Are you passionate about transforming technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences? Join our Academy team as an Instructional Designer, where you'll create cutting-edge training content for our global service organization. Your work will focus on crafting self-paced online learning, including videos and e-learning modules, for our advanced analytical instruments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop top-tier instructional materials using tools like Camtasia, Articulate, Descript, Vyond, and generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact
• Create interactive e-learning experiences that captivate and inspire
• Continuously refine content based on learner feedback and evolving needs
• Stay ahead of trends in instructional design and e-learning innovation

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in technical training
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools; experience with generative AI tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Fluency in English and a knack for managing multiple projects
