Join our team as a Product Owner and help us create our new cutting-edge platform that redefines our digital customer experience.At our Innovation Center in Hillerød, we are seeking a Product Owner to join our CX team in FOSS Marketing and Frontend Innovation.

Be the crucial link between business and technology
You will be a key driver in the implementation, development and ownership of our new digital experience platform. The platform will encompass corporate website, local websites, e-commerce and Apps – all founded on a new composable architecture.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will act as the critical link between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that our seamless customer experience aligns with both technical feasibility and business goals. You will manage the platform roadmap and milestones, guiding our efforts to achieve a seamless and integrated omnichannel experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Drive the product roadmap and ensure timely deliveries of key milestones
• Define and prioritize product features to deliver exceptional experiences
• Analyze market trends, data and feedback to refine products
• Collaborating with external partners, IT and UI/UX designers

You have a proven track record in managing digital platforms and excel at driving product roadmaps within set timelines and budgets. You adeptly navigate potential challenges while aligning business objectives with sustainable platform development. You possess a deep understanding of the technology and structure of composable architectures, and you thrive in collaborating with technical teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Always focused on optimizing customer experiences, you act swiftly, validate assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement, and steer future developments. As a person, you are highly organized, communicative, and a strong team player. You maintain a positive and solution-oriented mindset, even under tight deadlines and challenging circumstances. Most importantly, you share our values and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in:

• Driving implementation of complex digital projects
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain
• Continously bridging business needs with scalable technical solutions
• Prioritization and ownership of backlogs and developments
• Understanding of technologies, integrations and frameworks
