TP Aerospace is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to excellence in the aviation industry, and we are looking for an ESG Manager to join our team. The position as ESG Manager as described below is a full-time position, however for the right candidate we can offer to alter some aspects to fit in with a part-time (30h/week) position.

The opportunity:

As an ESG Manager, you will be driving our CSRD and sustainability framework to achieve both strategic and commercial value. You will be reporting to our Director of Strategy, HR and Communications and be an integral part of our global environment enabling you to create impact across our organization and different sites.

The primary tasks:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing progress of CSRD, including driving related sustainability projects.
  • Identify, prioritize, and propose actions to enhance sustainability efforts, while staying updated on relevant regulations and customer demands.
  • Facilitate internal CSRD/sustainability committee meetings and build a community around sustainability.
  • Working closely with our communications department to create and maintain a strong narrative around sustainability across the organization.
  • Communicate and track progress on sustainability to Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure annual reporting aligns with the Danish Financial Statements Act and the UN Global Compact, managing timelines for data collection, auditing, and stakeholder involvement.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an ESG Manager who can identify with the description below:

  • A master's degree in business, economics, finance, sustainability, or another related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience from large companies and/or management consulting.
  • Basic project management skills as well as experience with sustainability reporting is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Able to work autonomously with limited supervision while building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting data and generating actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
