We are seeking a business-oriented and technically skilled Dynamics 365 Sales Specialist to join the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU)’s Applications & Data Lab team. IFU is currently implementing a brand-new application landscape based on cloud infrastructure and a Microsoft backbone.

As part of the new Microsoft landscape, IFU is working on an Investment Management System that is built on Dynamics 365 Sales. The system is the key application and the digital pillar of the impact investments IFU does around the world. They will go live with their MVP solution in 2025 and have automation and digitalization roadmap ahead. This calls for an understanding of how IT can augment the investment process and create a good user experience.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities
As a part of the Applications & Data Lab team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and operation of the Dynamics 365 Sales solution, contributing to the enhancement of their investment management system. You will play a key role and be highly influential in design suggestions and decision-making from the early stage in close partnership with the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Take lead on the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
  • Configure and customize tables, views, forms, processes, logic, templates, and automation within Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Create mock-ups for fast showcase and decision making
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales with third-party solutions and apps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Setting up and supporting DataVerse, DW integration, and document automation

Your Qualifications & Experience
We imagine you are engaging and business-oriented and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.

Apart from that you:

  • Have proven experience in Dynamics 365 Sales development and customization
  • Desire to “own” the Investment management system and be the goto person
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform and Power BI to meet reporting requirements
  • An understanding of the Fintech industry and investment processes would be a valuable advantage

The Team

You will become part of the Application & Data Lab team which consists of eight highly qualified and motivated professionals based in Copenhagen and New Delhi. They call it the mission-driven team. The position is based in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Applications & Data Lab.
