We are looking for Finance Product Owner (RTR).
You will be responsible for RtR process with focus on GL, Records, Closing, Statutory reporting, Statutory cost management.
We are looking for an experienced professional joining us in the journey to transform, enhance, and optimize the way we work with finance processes and systems, across the company. You will become a crucial part of the team that manages global finance processes, coordinates finance transformation efforts, and participates on a number of IT/Finance projects and initiatives, within our company.
As our Finance Product Owner, you will be the main link between Finance processes and IT systems. The role is the single point of contact for IT and Finance super users regarding global finance processes, including changes on how processes are executed in the ERP system. You will focus on process stabilization, development, and optimization, including supporting ERP implementation programs and process stabilization post implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of solid experience within finance, finance processes and systems, business consulting, or related areas. Experience in continuous improvement or process roles within finance.
- Knowledge of finance operations and processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems. Knowledge of MS D365 or good understanding of ERP release management processes is beneficial.
- Communication, stakeholder, and change management skills.
- Experience in managing projects and change initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Process standardization and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Global Standard Processes.
- Support Global Process Owner in the design of new processes.
- Give input to process standardization and optimization across our company, including initiating changes to process and ERP solution (MS D365).
- Participate in process walkthroughs with functional teams (ERP rollout).
- Support identifying gaps to standard processes, including definition of business requirements in order to bridge identified gaps.
- Update and maintain process documentation (work instructions) and end user guides.
Training, communication, and organizational change management.
- Establish and form a super user community under relevant process, incl. identification and engagement of new super users.
- Ensure communication to super users about changes to process and systems related to periodic releases and ERP rollouts.
- Give input to content of training and communication; develop training material where required.
- Plan and perform training of super users and other relevant users.
- Answer queries (process and business rules) from super users.
ERP Release management and testing.
- Assess the need for changes to ERP solution, e.g., based on new external requirements.
- Assess new features together with Finance Solution Architect and identify possible solution in collaboration with functional consultants.
- Support impact assessment on Finance organization and processes.
- Raise, asses/qualify change requests and give input to prioritization. Sign off on change ready for release.
- Define test scope and data; coordinate testing, sign off on test cases.
