The position
As Master Data Steward, you will report to the department Associate Manager.
You will be responsible of:
- Ensure high quality for material and product related Master Data (MD) within area of responsibility is being maintained properly (production-, purchasing-, affiliate- area etc.).
- Participate in initiatives and projects changing processes consuming the MD within area of responsibility turning requirements into changes or new set-up of MD.
- Participate in and contribute actively to the NN MD Stewardship network for material and product related MD.
Your tasks will be characterized by a dynamic mix of coordination, follow-up and participation in management related activities and execution of your own task in a more focused manner.
Qualifications
You have:
- Ideally, Master’s in engineering, Business or similar.
- Solid business understanding and minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably within Master Data and business processes.
- Fluent verbally and in writing in English, Danish being a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP Material Master, PAS-X, BoM or similar.

About the department
You will be a part the Planning and Capacity Team and report to the manager of the team. The team is part of the Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte, where we produce pharmaceuticals for haemophilia, growth hormone disorders, diabetes and obesity.
The teams in the department are responsible for Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalization and Manufacturing Intelligence, Training and Capacity and Planning. In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
