Are you a passionate LCA practitioner eager to drive real change? Join our dynamic team and become a key player in advancing our sustainability goals across the supply chain. This is your chance to make a lasting impact— let's create a brighter future for the builders of tomorrow!

Core Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as an expert on Scope 3 supplier data within procurement, supporting our goal to reduce carbon emissions and enabling us to achieve our corporate-wide sustainability ambitions.

More specifically you will:

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret relevant sustainability data, including Scope 3 emissions, to generate actionable insights that advise and support strategic business decisions.
  • Work closely together with suppliers, procurement, and business teams to identify, quantify and assess emissions reduction opportunities within our supply base.
  • Develop and implement effective data analytics strategies and methodologies; design approaches to model abatement opportunities, develop de-carbonisation roadmaps, and identify gaps to target.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for sustainability metrics.
  • Provide technical leadership on Scope 3 data, working with suppliers to increase their carbon accounting competency and improve the quality and breadth of information provided.
  • Monitor sustainability performance and visualise areas for improvement.
  • Provide training support to procurement colleagues on the use of reports, dashboards, systems and tools related to supplier sustainability data.

Play your part in our team succeeding:
The Procurement Supplier Sustainability team is responsible to set strategic environmental direction toward our supply base, develop mid-and long-term roadmaps, implement and run our environmental supplier engagement program, embed sustainability into procurement processes and enable execution of the LEGO Group Scope 3 initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate comes with a strong expertise in carbon accounting methodologies and guidelines aligned with the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, including extensive knowledge of Scope 3 emissions, supply chain dynamics, and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
